Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the United States, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT fees charged by your country's customs department. Aurivita is not responsible for these charges.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages We are committed to your satisfaction.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at support@aurivita.co. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
